Eleni Boukoura-Altamoura, auch bekannt unter Eleni Boukoura oder Helen Boukoura, (* 1821 auf Spetses; † 19.03.1900 ebenda) war eine griechische Malerin. Sie gilt als die erste große weibliche Malerin Griechenlands.
